Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SharpBetting.co.uk (referred to in these terms as ā€œweā€, ā€œourā€, and ā€œusā€). Since you’ve clicked on our Terms of Service, we encourage you to take a moment to read through them carefully.

These Terms of Service (ā€œTermsā€) govern your access to and use of our website located at sharpbetting.co.uk (the ā€œWebsiteā€) and any associated tools, features, functionality, content, materials, subscriptions, and offers made available through the Website (collectively, the ā€œServiceā€).

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the ā€œAgreementsā€). If you do not agree to these Agreements, you may not use the Service.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the Service:

  1. For any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
  2. As a sportsbook trader.

If you have any concerns or questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@sharpbetting.co.uk, and weā€™ll do our best to assist you.

Thank you for using SharpBetting.co.uk responsibly.

3. Purchases

If you choose to purchase any product or service available through SharpBetting.co.uk (ā€œPurchaseā€), you may be required to provide certain payment details, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, and billing address. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the payment details you supply are accurate, complete, and up to date.

We use third-party payment processors to securely handle transactions. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to share necessary information with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where a product or service is unavailable, there are errors in pricing or descriptions, incorrect order details have been provided, or fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or illegal transactions are suspected.

If you experience an issue with your purchase and believe you are entitled to a refund or remedy, please contact us at hello@sharpbetting.co.uk. Refunds will be provided where required by law.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (ā€œSubscription(s)ā€), while others are available as a one-off purchase. Subscription billing operates on a monthly cycle (ā€œBilling Cycleā€), with payments made in advance on a recurring basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel before the renewal date or we cancel it. We will send a renewal notice before your next billing date, allowing you to cancel if you no longer wish to continue your Subscription. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date, and your Subscription will not be renewed.

You can cancel your Subscription through your online account management page at any time before your renewal date. If you require assistance, you may also contact our customer support team at hello@sharpbetting.co.uk. Cancelling your Subscription prevents future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current Billing Cycle unless required by law.

In addition to monthly Subscriptions, we offer a one-off ā€˜Day Passā€™, which provides access for 24 hours. The Day Pass is a single payment and does not renew automatically.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required for both Subscriptions and one-off purchases. You must provide full and accurate payment information. By submitting this information, you authorise us to charge all applicable fees to the selected payment method.

If automatic billing fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your Subscription may be suspended or cancelled. We will issue an electronic invoice notifying you that payment must be made manually before the deadline to restore access.

5. Free Accounts

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free account with limited access to the Service. Each user is allowed only one free account, and creating multiple free accounts using different details is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate free accounts if required due to service changes, violations of our terms, or misuse. Where possible, we will provide prior notice, but we may immediately suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or attempt to circumvent account restrictions.

Free accounts are offered as a courtesy, and we are not obligated to maintain or continue providing them. If we determine that a user has violated these terms, including attempting to create multiple free accounts or engaging in misuse, we may suspend or close the account(s) without notice.

4. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any changes to Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

If we make changes to Subscription fees, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before the new fees take effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before your next billing cycle if you do not agree to the new pricing.

If you do not cancel your Subscription before the next renewal date, your Subscription will be renewed at the updated fee.

5. Refunds

All paid Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law. If the Service is faulty, unavailable for an extended period, or misrepresented, you may be entitled to a refund.

One-off purchases, including Day Passes, provide immediate access to the Service and are non-refundable unless legally required.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact hello@sharpbetting.co.uk, and we will assess your request in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these terms.

7. Analytics & Tracking for Logged-In Users

We track and analyse user activity to enhance security, prevent login abuse, and improve our Service. This includes logging IP addresses, device information, and usage data when you access your account.

Login & Security Tracking

To maintain account security and prevent unauthorised access or account sharing, we log your IP address, device information, and login activity. You may only be logged into the Service from one location or device at a time. If multiple simultaneous logins from different locations are detected, we may terminate active sessions, suspend accounts, or take further action to protect the integrity of the Service.

This security-related tracking is based on Legitimate Interests under UK GDPR and does not require consent.

Usage & Service Improvement Tracking

We track how logged-in users interact with the Service to improve platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features. This includes monitoring feature usage, page interactions, and performance metrics.

This type of tracking is only performed where users have given explicit consent. You can manage your tracking preferences at any time in your account settings.

Google Analytics & Third-Party Tracking

We use Google Analytics to analyse how users interact with the Service and improve functionality. Google Analytics collects non-essential tracking data, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions with features.

We only use Google Analytics if you provide explicit consent through our cookie settings. When you visit our website, you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential tracking, including Google Analytics.

If you do not consent, Google Analytics will not collect any data about your activity.

For more details, please review the Google Privacy Policy.

Your Data & Privacy Rights

Security-related tracking is based on Legitimate Interests, meaning it does not require user consent. Analytics tracking for service improvements and Google Analytics requires explicit user consent before any data collection begins.

IP addresses and login records are retained for a limited period, only as necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@sharpbetting.co.uk.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we track login activity to prevent abuse, enhance security, and improve platform performance.

8. Age Restriction

The Service is strictly intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into these Terms and abide by them.

If we suspect or determine that you are under 18, we reserve the right to request age verification and may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to provide satisfactory proof of age.

We take age restrictions seriously and may use verification checks where necessary to ensure compliance with UK gambling regulations.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

9. Accounts

By creating an account with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restricting access to your device and account. You must not share, transfer, or allow others to use your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or someone else using your credentials.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access or security breach, you must notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Your username must not impersonate another person or entity, infringe on trademarks or legal rights, or contain offensive, vulgar, or obscene content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where users violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent security measures, or engage in misuse of the Service.

10. Independent Betting Decisions

We provide insights and data to help you make informed betting decisions, but we do not offer personalised betting advice. We are not responsible for assessing your individual circumstances, financial situation, or betting preferences, and we make no representation or guarantee that any particular bet is suitable for you.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that all recommendations, data, or insights provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

We do not and cannot place bets on your behalf with any sportsbook. You alone decide whether to place a bet, and you accept full responsibility for any bets you place using your sportsbook accounts.

Betting involves financial risk, and you may lose money. We accept no liability for any losses incurred as a result of decisions made using our Service.

11. You Are Responsible for Your Betting Decisions

At SharpBetting.co.uk, we provide betting insights based on data analysis. While our system identifies value betting opportunities, all betting carries financial risk, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

By using our Service, you agree that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial outcomes. SharpBetting.co.uk, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any bets you place or any actions you take based on insights, analysis, or recommendations provided.

We do not guarantee profitability or that any particular bet will win. Your betting choices are entirely your own, and you accept full responsibility for any gains or losses incurred.

Our Service does not constitute financial or investment advice, and you should carefully consider the risks before placing any bets. If you are unsure about betting, you should seek independent advice.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of SharpBetting.co.uk and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom. Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

13. Confidentiality

At times, we may share proprietary and confidential information with you that is not publicly available and that we have developed, obtained, or use in our operations (“Confidential Information”). This includes, but is not limited to, discussions about our Services between you and SharpBetting.co.uk, any information accessed behind our login and/or paywall, and data feeds (“Service Data”) provided as part of your Subscription.

Confidential Information does not include any information that is publicly available through no breach of these Terms, is lawfully obtained from a third party who is not bound by confidentiality, was already in your possession before we disclosed it, or is independently developed without relying on our Confidential Information.

You agree to protect and safeguard our Confidential Information with at least the same level of care as you would use for your own confidential data. You must use our Confidential Information solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Service as permitted under these Terms. You must not share, distribute, or make available our Confidential Information to any third party without prior written permission.

You further confirm that you will not publish, distribute, or share the Service or any Service Data received through the Service. You must not allow unauthorised individuals or third parties to access the Service or Service Data, nor use the Service or Service Data in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

These confidentiality obligations continue even after your account is suspended, terminated, or you stop using the Service. If you breach these confidentiality obligations, we reserve the right to take legal action, including seeking an injunction, damages, or account suspension to protect our proprietary information.

14. Error Reporting & Feedback

If you encounter any errors or have suggestions for improvements, ideas, or other feedback related to our Service, you can email us at hello@sharpbetting.co.uk.

By submitting feedback, you agree that your submission is voluntary, non-confidential, and provided without expectation of compensation. You do not retain any ownership or rights over the feedback you submit. We may already be working on similar ideas, and your submission does not grant you any rights to developments based on that feedback.

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your feedback in any way we see fit, without obligation or compensation to you.

We appreciate your input in helping us improve our Service.

15. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may include links to external websites or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by us. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.

We do not endorse, verify, or make any guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content, products, or services offered by external websites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party content, products, or services.

We strongly recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any external websites you visit before engaging with them.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service, Service Data, or any information, content, or materials provided.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Service, Service Data, or any content will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not warrant that any defects or issues will be corrected, that the Service or its servers will be free from viruses or harmful components, or that the Service, Service Data, or content will meet your specific needs or expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this disclaimer affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpBetting.co.uk, along with its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to legal fees, litigation costs, arbitration expenses, or other losses related to disputes, whether or not legal action is taken.

We accept no liability for claims arising from contract, negligence, or any other legal cause of action in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or violation of applicable laws or regulations. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Service Data or Services. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for punitive or consequential damages.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under UK law.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion. This may occur for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or any unauthorised use of the Service.

If you choose to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination, including any outstanding payments or breaches of these Terms.

Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply even after termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability. Termination does not affect any legal rights or remedies available to either party

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Failure to enforce any right or provision within these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SharpBetting.co.uk regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

20. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or amend the Service, including any features or content, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We are not liable if any part of the Service becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable for any reason.

We may restrict access to certain parts of the Service, or the entire Service, for any users, including registered users, at our discretion.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

21. Amendments to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes, as they are binding on you.

If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on our website or contacting registered users.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

22. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any delay or omission in asserting a right does not waive that right.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary in compliance with applicable law, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

23. Acknowledgement

By accessing or using this Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms, whether or not you have reviewed them in full.
